1. If a student does not attend their lesson (regardless of whether notice of cancellation is provided or not), that student will be charged a cancellation fee valued at fifty percent (50%) of the student's usual lesson fee.
2. The exceptions to the cancellation fee are: (a) long absences of 3 weeks or longer, such as holidays or serious illness, (b) public holidays, and (c) teacher cancellations.
